Donna Jo Sweet
Executive Director
 
DJ has spent the last 20 years working in the non-profit arena. She is a native Floridian who worked in inner city Atlanta for many years before heading West in 1996 where she worked with troubled youth and the homeless. She and her husband moved to Fremont County seven years ago – although her husband had been a resident many years prior. She is a former consultant with IPR and former Board Member. She is a certified TiPS trainer and has her certification as a PRIME for Life instructor. She is a graduate of Leadership Fremont County, an active member of Riverton Kiwanis and the current sponsor of the Riverton Builders Club.
 
Laura K Veach
DUI and Highway Safety Program Coordinator
 
Laura is the DUI and Highway Safety Program Coordinator for Injury Prevention Resources. As an American Bar Association approved, nationally certified paralegal with over 12 years of legal support service experience, she has been heavily involved in various roles within the Wyoming criminal justice system.

In addition, Laura is a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, and was previously certified as an Emergency Medical Technician. Laura is a Wyoming native, born and raised in Riverton, with degrees in Social Science and Criminal Justice.

Laura brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to Injury Prevention Resources. Her responsibilities include general office management, child passenger safety and seat belt awareness programs, SCRAMx services, as well as involvement in the DUI Supervised Probation program.
 
Christl Buskohl
Probation Agent
 
During her 15+ years as a professional in the human services field, Christl has had the opportunity to explore many aspects of teaching individuals to modify behavior. She has a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from the University of Wyoming. Included in her curriculum vitae is working with the Courts in Sweetwater County, as well as Wyoming’s Department of Corrections as a Case Manager for those under probation and parole supervision. Christl relocated to Fremont County in the summer of 2009, when given the opportunity to work in the DUI Supervised Probation Program at Injury Prevention Resources. She enjoys the challenges of working as a Probation Agent with Fremont County Circuit Courts in Riverton and Lander. She assists individuals in navigating their way through the requirements of Court and substance abuse professionals. She enjoys helping individuals learn accountability and new skills to improve their future. Her repertoire of instructing includes Changing Criminal Thinking, Certified Mandt Instructor, Basic American Sign Language, and Certified PRIME for Life Instructor.
 
Breyanna Summerville
Probation Agent
 
Breyanna recently graduated from the University of Wyoming, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, she is very excited to be able to start her career here at Injury Prevention Resources. Breyanna has lived in Riverton since she was five and enjoys Fremont County very much. While in college, Breyanna was in the Hospitality business for four years. She also interned with Probation and Parole and that is when she realized that Probation is really the job for her. Shortly after college, she gained experience in the field by directly working with people suffering the detoxification process of their current substance abuse. Breyanna is looking forward to assisting individuals achieve a successful probation and working with Substance Abuse Professionals and Law Enforcement.
 
Cindy Lafon
Safety Education Coordinator
 
Cindy is the newest member of the Injury Prevention Resources team and holds the position of Safety Education Coordinator. She has an extensive background in education and advocacy, with experience in special education, domestic violence services, and disability advocacy. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Portland, Oregon, where she started her career. Cindy lived in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona before moving to Wyoming, and she enjoys hiking and exploring new areas.

Linda Bebout
Chairman
 
Linda has been a Board member since 2007, and is currently serving as Board Chair. She has been a resident of Fremont County since 1979 and is a retired Medical Business Office Manager. Linda is the wife of Richard Bebout and the mother of four adult children, and grandmother of seven grandchildern.
Linda was formerly employed by IPR in the Protect Our Future Division, helping educate children in preventable injuries.
 
Becky Lancaster

Kelly Conroy
Board member
 
Kelly has been working in the community and public health for the last ten years. She is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Public Health. Kelly currently works for Fremont County Public Health as a Maternal Child Health Nurse. She lives in Lander with her husband, Russ, and enjoys skiing, cycling, and fly-fishing.
