Christl Buskohl, Probation Agent with IPR tries out the home unit from Smart Start. This device has a camera attached and takes a picture at the time of use, eliminating the possibilities of someone other than the probationer registering a sample.

¤ Observation surveys in Wyoming indicated that nearly one out of three drivers do not buckle up
¤ Non-residents who drive in Wyoming buckle up at a much higher rate than Wyoming resident drivers
